DMCA Policy for Roasted Balsamic Chicken Pasta

Roasted Balsamic Chicken Pasta respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998, the text of which can be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Roasted Balsamic Chicken Pasta website or services if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified in the sample notice below.

Filing a Notice of Copyright Infringement

Counter-Notification Procedures

If you believe that material you posted on the Roasted Balsamic Chicken Pasta site was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notification with us by submitting written notification to our Copyright Agent (via the contact link below). Pursuant to the DMCA, the Counter-Notification must include substantially the following:

The DMCA allows us to restore the removed content if the party filing the original DMCA Notice does not file a court action against you within ten business days of receiving the copy of your Counter-Notification.
